The SC4CCM Project was headquartered in the JSI Arlington, VA office in the United States. SC4CCM operated three field offices in Lilongwe, Malawi; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; and Kigali, Rwanda. Country staff were supported by US staff based in Arlington and Regional Advisors based in Nairobi, Kenya.
